| The Passport Office forms part of the Passport and Civil Registration Department.Our aim is to provide a high standard of passport services to our customers. |

This web site enables Maltese primarily to citizens to apply for their passports online. In addition the web site sets out the standards of service you can expect from us. It also explains how and where you can get more information about our services and how to lodge a complaint if you feel that we have failed to meet our standards. |
